A breast ultrasound does not replace a mammogram; your doctor will tell you if you also need one. A raised tumour marker is not a diagnosis. These markers can go up for many harmless reasons, and a normal result does not rule out cancer. Your doctor explains every result and what, if anything, to do next.

Yes. Fast for 8 hours before your slot so your glucose and cholesterol results are accurate. Plain water is fine. For the bladder scan, drink 4–5 glasses of water an hour before, and don't empty your bladder until after the scan.
Yes. The RM249 covers the 8-point ultrasound, all 62 blood and urine parameters, the ECG, and your consultation to explain the results. There is no separate consultation fee for this package.
The Health Scan is by appointment only. We take 8 bookings a day, between 6am and 2pm, so each patient gets proper time with the doctor. The clinic itself stays open 24 hours for walk-in consultations.
About 45 to 60 minutes. Your blood test, 8-point ultrasound and ECG are all done in the same visit, and the doctor explains your scan there and then. Blood results come from the laboratory in 48 to 72 hours.
Both include the 8-point ultrasound, ECG and your doctor. The Health Scan (RM249) has a 62-parameter blood and urine panel. Complete (RM899) adds pancreas, prostate (men) or breast and pelvic (women) scans, and expands the blood panel to about 90 tests, including thyroid, vitamin D, hepatitis and HIV, H. pylori and tumour markers, plus an optional Pap smear for women who have been sexually active. You can decide at your visit, before your blood is taken.

Our doctor performs every scan personally and explains it with you, which takes time. Limiting bookings to 8 a day means nobody is rushed. If today is full, we'll offer you the next available slot.
No test can. Ultrasound shows the organs listed above well, but some areas can be hard to see, and a normal scan does not rule out every condition. Your doctor will tell you honestly what the scan did and did not show.
Many findings, such as small thyroid nodules or kidney cysts, are common and harmless. Your doctor will explain what was found and whether anything needs follow-up. If further tests, treatment or a specialist referral are needed, those are discussed with you and charged separately. Nothing is done without your agreement.
